Does Rebirth Happens?

Well a silly question for Rationalists and quest for empiricist (of course mostly eastern people). As I found myself somewhere between rationalists and believers, I thought of pondering over it sometime back. Recently I had a thought. I felt theoretically it is possible. Lets look at some of the aspects of Physics particularly sound.

Sound is defined as disturbance that travels through an elastic medium such as air, ground, or water to be heard by the human ear. When a body vibrates, or moves back and forth, the oscillation causes a periodic disturbance of the surrounding air or other medium that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear.

Now once sound is produced it keeps bouncing in the atmosphere (not sure, but it is a metaphysical statement). Now lets say any person who can perceive a particular frequency of sound which are bouncing in the atmosphere, he may have a feeling that he has experienced those. But in reality he is experiencing one set of thoughts which are produced by him and other set which are not produced by him but perceived by him. When he expresses those thoughts outwardly and when you cross check them with situation /place (as perceived by him) they matches (as those bouncing sounds waves are carrying those information), you call him as he has reborn.

I know , I know there are many flaws in this theory, but is it not a blog also a personal scrap book :-)
